2013: Good and Bad points (so far..)

> Good things that have happened in your life

Nothing really amazing or different from previous years, yet. But there’s still one month left, doesn’t it? The good things of my life are still here, such as my girlfriend, mi family, etc. And my career keeps going.

> Situations that did not go so well
Some things about my friends. I got angry with three of them, for an affront they did to me in middle of the year. I’m not a rancorous person, but they haven’t asked me for forgiven till today, so I’m still in bad terms with them. But I don’t want stay like this, and it is a problem I have to solve yet.

> Your achievements in 2013
I finished the most of the subjects of my career! There’re some subjects left, anyway, such as English IV, some CFGs (Cursos de Formación General, General Education Courses) and sporting or artistic subjects. There’s also the very last subject of my career before thesis, Seminary.

> Things you did not do (last term) / have not done yet / still have to do this year
Apart of the above, I have to finish my first book, I have to save money for Christmas, and I must solve the problem I told before.

> Important news / event you would like to highlight
I finally bought my first Nintendo 3DS! (a portable console), and I bought for it the last Pokémon game (Pokémon Y). I’m in a Creative Writing Course. And I went to Black Sabbath live in October, and it was awesome!

> Any other comments
It still is a good year. I finished the hardest of my career, and I’m happy about it. I’m keeping my own way, and that’s refreshing for me.

Food and Eating Habits

I’m not vegetarian, but I would like to be. I like too much meat, and also, Chinese food, so, it’s hard for me eat only vegetables and others. Although, I’m a carnivore neither; if I don’t eat vegetables, milk and soup I get very upset. In other words, I need a very balanced alimentation to be happy and healthy.

I don’t go often to fast food restaurants; I don’t like them very much. The true it’s that I could eat Chinese food every day and I wouldn’t get bored. Actually, the Chinese restaurant that is at one block from my house feeds me every semester’s end.

But don’t confuse, I like Chilean food to. I love my grandma’s dishes, and every summer I get very fat with her food. I don’t like sea food, such as fish and shellfish. I like vegetables, rice, chicken, cow, potatoes, and so on. I’m more a mountain dude than a coast one.

I like to eat at home, because I can do whatever I want, I can relax and watch TV at the same time. But, I hate to wash the dishes, and this is the good part of eating at a restaurant.

I’m always trying to taste new dishes or drinks. I think it’s the best way to learn about other cultures and enjoy new ways of tasting and cooking food. But, it’s kind of expensive eat in different restaurants and buy strange dishes, so I don’t do this as often as I would like to.

Childhood

What did you look like?

I was tall (for my age) and I had overweight. With time, I got smaller and skinnier, but never skinniest. I was very hairy (in my head, of course), not like now.

What were your favorite cartoons and TV shows?

I liked anime (Japanese animation) a lot (but, I still like it), and American animation. I enjoyed watching Dragon Ball Z, Pokémon/Digimon, Saint Seiya, Hey! Arnold, and all the stuff from Nickelodeon and cartoon Network . I watched a lot of TV. It was (is) funnier than studying, or doing homework.

How old were you when you learned to ride a bicycle or swim?

I learned to ride a bike when I was twelve, it take me a lot of time! I don’t know why. I learned to swim when I was eight. I took classes in the university’s pool (in Talca). Swimming wasn’t hard for me, and apparently I had some talent, but I did never practice this talent.

Real photo of me when I was in kinder. I am the first from left in the top row.
Did you enjoy going to school?

Sort of, but not too much. I didn’t like my partners, they were very bully and annoying. But I was a very good student and I liked to learn.

Did you have a happy childhood?

I think so, but I think it was kind of boring, I didn't have a lot of friends, and I preferred to play alone. But all these changed when I enter to high school.
